At HEART&APPAREL, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You may return your item(s) within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • Undamaged

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Authorization (RA)

Before sending any item back, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns sent without an RA number will not be processed. Please include your RA number clearly with your return package

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • All special order custom items

Custom products are made specifically for you, therefore all custom items are FINAL SALE.

Custom Orders – Manufacturing Issues

If there is an issue with your custom order due to a manufacturing defect or error, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds are issued for the item(s) only. You are welcome to place a new order at any time.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you received an item that is incorrect or defective:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost
  • You will receive a full reimbursement for the item
