Shipping & Tracking Policy

At HEART&APPAREL, we strive to provide reliable and timely shipping for all orders. Please review the following shipping details and policies:

Shipping Rates
For in-stock items (non-customized order), we offer $18 flat rate shipping for order under $150, and free shipping for order over $150 within Canada and United States.

Please note: Shipping fees do not include duties or taxes that may be charged by the destination country. Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Large Quantity Custom Orders
For large quantity custom orders, shipping is not included in the order total.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual weight and volumetric weight of the shipment and will be provided separately once your order details are confirmed.

Shipping Time
We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, shipping delays can occur throughout the year and are beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Canada: 2–12 business days
United States: 2–10 business days
International: Currently not available

Tracking and Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, HEART&APPAREL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage after delivery has been confirmed. If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any associated costs. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order. 

HEART&APPAREL does not offer free return shipping.
