Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final once production begins.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or approved design details.

Refunds or replacements will only be offered if:

• The item is defective, or
• The item received is incorrect due to an error by Heart& Apparel.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Exclusions

• Custom or personalized items
• Bulk or team orders (unless defective or incorrect)
• Shipping delays, including customs clearance delays
• Shipping fees (non-refundable)

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
