• All prices are listed in CANADIAN DOLLARS and are subject to change without notice.
•  Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept approved payment methods displayed on our website.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Time

Production times vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, and material availability. Estimated production timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. 

5.2 Delivery

Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance procedures. Heart& Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, clearance processes, weather or events beyond our control. 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final unless the product is defective or an error was made by Heart& Apparel.
• Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.
• Approved replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion.
